The Human Library is a worldwide movement aiming to social change. It is designed to build a positive framework for a conversation that can challenge stereotypes and prejudice through dialogue. Wondering how?
During the event, hosted organizations and individuals from different backgrounds having something to carry and share will stand in front of you willing to open up pages of their lives for you to read and explore!
After sharing and describing their stories, you are free to approach them and ask without searching for the page. A huge conversation begins, stereotypes and prejudices have no place and dialogue takes the first role to enhance sharing
One thing can be taken for sure: We all carry moments. We all have experienced something difficult, peculiar or extra-ordinary in our lives. But little of us make the choice to share it. Human Library gives you the chance to do it!
