LGBTQ+ Truths and Myths (discussion)

With the passage of time, LGBTQ+ community is getting more and more accepted from other social groups and from society in general, as well as more and more LGBTQ+ people express themselves freely! For those questioning what exactly LGBTQ+ community is, it is considered to be an acronym for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and queer or questioning. These terms are used to describe a person’s sexual orientation or gender identity. What we all know for sure is that LGBTQ+ people have equal rights with the others, as well as preferences and stories to talk for and share with! What we don’t all know is which are the truths and myths around the above target groups or even around the whole LDBTQ+ community? What’s the role that Greece, as an active European country, takes around LGBDQ+ issues, such as the annual Gay Pride?
